I know many of you have heard of our Leadership Charlotte program, our organizations premier initiative now entering its 37th year.

For all those who have expressed interest in participating in this program: Now is the time!

If you are looking to expand your leadership skills with strategic thinking and effective communications, experience a one-of-a-kind behind-the-scenes education about Charlotte County to deepen your understanding of Charlotte County’s unique economic, cultural, and social landscape, meet all the amazing people who make it happen, make professional and personal life-long connections, and leave a lasting legacy impact in our community, this enlightened experience is for you!

Moreover, our Leadership Charlotte program encourages a sense of community responsibility. Participants are inspired to become active contributors to our community, whether through volunteer work, policy advocacy, or leadership roles in nonprofit organizations. Don’t get left out. Only 25 applicants are accepted each year, and the selection process is very competitive. When completing your application, please make sure it’s comprehensive and thorough.
