Chamber, partners collaborate for Charlotte County Workforce Roundtable
The Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce is honored to collaborate with Florida Gulf Coast University, and the Economic Development Office to co-host the Charlotte County Workforce Roundtable (Opportunities & Challenges).
The special business community event will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. Oct. 15, at the Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center.
An expert panel has been established to address our workforce landscape regarding challenges and opportunities.
Our panelist are Dr. Aysegul Timur, President, FGCU; Michael Ehrat, CEO, HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital; Mark Vianello, Superintendent, Charlotte County Public Schools; Peg Elmore, CEO/President, CareerSource SWFL; and Dr. Chris Westley, Dean, Lutgert College of Business, FGCU.
This event is for business owners and employers. Join business, education, and community leaders to explore Charlotte County’s workforce challenges and opportunities. Light refreshment will be served and beverages available for purchase.

The program is our Quarterly New Member Showcase. Ribbon cuttings are an effective way to meet the business owners — and fellow chamber members — in an informal atmosphere and develop great connections.
