Spring training is here — let’s play ball, Charlotte County!
There’s something special about March in Charlotte County. The sunshine feels warmer, the skies seem brighter, and the unmistakable crack of the bat echoes through the air.
That can only mean one thing, Tampa Bay Rays spring training baseball is back at Charlotte Sports Park!
Each year, our community has the incredible opportunity to experience Major League Baseball right here in our own back yard. Spring training games offer a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere where fans can get closer to the action, see their favorite players up close, and even catch a glimpse of tomorrow’s rising stars.
Whether you’re a lifelong baseball fan or just looking for a fun afternoon outing, a day at the ballpark is the perfect way to enjoy all that March has to offer.
Spring training is more than just baseball; it’s an economic home run for Charlotte County. Visitors fill our restaurants, shop in our stores, and stay in our hotels, creating a positive impact that supports local businesses throughout the season. When you attend a game, you’re not only cheering on the Rays, but you’re also supporting our entire community.
Charlotte Sports Park provides a welcoming environment with great seating, classic ballpark food, and that unbeatable Florida sunshine. Bring your family, invite your coworkers, gather your friends, or treat a client to an afternoon at the game. It’s a wonderful way to connect, relax, and celebrate the spirit of our community.
The Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce encourages everyone to come out, wear your Rays gear, and experience the excitement of spring training. Let’s fill the stands, show our community support, and make this March one to remember.
Play ball, Charlotte County!
