High school and college students; bankers, retailers, assisted living facility employees, Dial-a-Ride drivers. . . What do these people have in common? They’ve all received senior sensitivity training, and you and your employees should too.
Members of the Senior Outreach Committee of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce are ready, willing and able to provide senior sensitivity training to you and your staff. During a 45-minute presentation, you'll watch a video which explains some of the various sensory problems people experience as they age. The use of special sensitivity kits helps illustrate these problems. The training is free and is highly recommended for anyone who deals with the elderly. All you need are the space to hold the program, a television and VCR (or DVD player) and to call, 941-639-2222, or email Julie Mathis with your request.
