Mission: To develop positive leadership qualities and a sense of community among our youth. It is an interaction between today's community leaders and tomorrow's future leaders. It is designed to heighten the awareness of the needs of our community and to show each and every person how they can make a difference. It is about the careers and lifestyle available to everyone who chooses to call Charlotte County their home.

Objectives:

- Add a one-half day to the session on the history of the community.
- Enhance communication between the Junior Leadership Charlotte and the Leadership Charlotte programs.
